1. Jurisdiction
Any legal matter, dispute, or complaint arising out of or in connection with the services of the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. The company shall be liable and governed only under the laws applicable within the State of Delhi, and specifically the Karkardooma Court, Delhi shall have jurisdiction over all such matters.
2. Project Validity & Advance Payment Policy
Any advance amount paid by the client towards website development or any other project shall be considered valid for a maximum period of 365 days (1 year) from the date of payment.
In the event that the project is not completed within the stipulated period of 365 days due to any reason whatsoever, the project shall be treated as automatically cancelled.
3. No Refund / No Adjustment Policy
Upon cancellation of the project after the completion of 365 days, the client shall not be entitled to claim any refund, adjustment, or transfer of the advance amount towards any other service or project. The client agrees not to raise any dispute, claim, or demand in this regard.
4. Reputation Protection Clause
The client agrees that they shall not post, publish, or circulate any false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information about the company, whether online or offline, that may damage the reputation or goodwill of the company.
In case of any such act, the client shall be held liable to pay an amount of ₹15,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the company as reimbursement towards reputation management and damages.
